1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide

• Player name or nickname and information submitted through in-game settings.
• Messages, email address, and other details you include when requesting support.
• Online co-op information such as room or server identifiers, invitations, chat messages, and gameplay actions needed to provide multiplayer functions.

Information collected automatically

• Device and technical data, including device model, operating-system version, language, region, IP address used for approximate location, app version, network status, and device or advertising identifiers where permitted.
• Gameplay and usage data, including sessions, progression, virtual currency, purchases, interactions, feature use, and multiplayer diagnostics.
• Crash, error, and performance data used to improve stability and prevent abuse.
• Purchase and subscription status supplied by Apple, Google Play, or another authorized store. We do not receive complete payment-card details.

We do not intentionally request precise GPS location, health information, biometric information, or other sensitive personal data.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the game.
• Enable online co-op, matchmaking, rooms, invitations, chat, progression, and synchronized gameplay.
• Process and restore in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Show, limit, measure, and protect advertisements where applicable.
• Diagnose crashes, optimize performance, prevent cheating, fraud, and misuse, and secure the Services.
• Respond to support requests and provide important service or policy notices.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Depending on platform, region, and game version, Garage Pact may use service providers that process limited data for us, including:

• Apple App Store and Google Play services for distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and platform diagnostics.
• AppLovin MAX and participating advertising networks for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention.
• Photon services for online multiplayer networking and room connectivity.
• Unity and platform tools for game operation, diagnostics, analytics, or crash reporting.

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy. The exact provider list may change when game features or regional availability change.

4. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

The free version may display advertisements. With permission where required, advertising partners may use an advertising identifier such as Apple’s IDFA or Android’s advertising ID to deliver and measure ads, control frequency, and detect fraud. You can deny or change tracking and advertising choices in your device settings. Denying tracking does not remove all ads; it may make them less personalized. A valid No Ads purchase or qualifying membership removes the ad placements described in the applicable offer, but necessary store, security, multiplayer, and analytics processing may continue.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Purchases are processed by the platform store. We receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, and limited purchase metadata needed to grant or restore products. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or applicable store account.

6. LEGAL BASES

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, processing may rely on:

• Contract, to provide requested game and multiplayer services.
• Consent, including personalized advertising or device tracking where required.
• Legitimate interests, such as security, non-personalized analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Legal obligation, when processing is required by law.

7. DATA SHARING

We may share information with service providers described above, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the game. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some laws; available device controls can be used to opt out.

8. RETENTION, TRANSFERS, AND SECURITY

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, purchases, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data and to withdraw consent. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising or data sharing. We may request information necessary to verify your identity, platform, and game account. You may also reset advertising identifiers, change tracking permissions, manage subscriptions, or uninstall the game using device and store settings.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without required parental consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact us.

11. POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The revised version becomes effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date will be changed.
