Please include your device model, operating-system version, game version, a short description of the problem, and—when relevant—the product name and non-sensitive transaction details. Never send passwords or complete payment-card information.

PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Purchases are processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the game when available. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund requests are managed through your Apple ID and Apple’s official support channels.
